This pocket is a really interesting color, but its edges are in poor condition because it appears that the lump of clay was simply rolled out like pie crust and then formed into a cone shape – the edges are very fragile because they are rolled so thin and were not shaped in any way. It does have a hole for hanging and the glaze is a rich heather-violet. This one is about eight inches tall and looks like it would hold flowers - preferably silk, because I’m not sure it would hold water.
