| It took me a long time to decide that the purpose of this slab construction container was perhaps to hold cooking utensils (as shown), or pasta, or to serve perhaps as a vase. It stands about 8 inches high and measures about 4 inches across, and has an interesting notch in the rim. The autumn base color and the interesting drip pattern in the glaze give it a distinct folk-art appearance, and it looks right at home in my French-country kitchen. |
